My Journey and Why I Started Beach Fit 4 Life

Hi, I’m Joe Guarracino, the founder of Beach Fit 4 Life. I started this business because I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not like the reflection staring back.

A few years ago, on a family trip, I had one of those wake-up moments. I saw pictures of myself and realized I wasn’t happy with how I looked or how I felt. Instead of pushing it aside, I decided to make a change. I started eating better, training consistently, and learning everything I could about sustainable fitness and nutrition. That choice changed my life.

Now, I’m proud to be a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach right here in Margate,

NJ. I work with people in our community and beyond to help them take control of their health, their confidence, and their lifestyle.
